ABOUT NOVA TOWN DEVELOPMENT: For a number of years our non-profit organization has been contributing in a very unusual project in Nevada, designing an international, highly inspirational small futuristic community, NOVA TOWN, which goal is to rethink and replace the prime paradigms which currently run our stressed-out society. At the present time we privately own over 25 acres of beautiful land in GOODSPRINGS, NEVADA. Breakthrough ideas ranging from new infrastructure, alternative energy, transportation, healthcare, communication, advanced education and new agricultural experience will allow us to practice our wiser, more peaceful and inspirational future.

ENCOURAGING FACTS: Our 25+ acre land is free of mines, and superbly located in Goodsprings, down Goodsprings Road, about 7 minutes from I-15, a major driving commute between Las Vegas and Los Angeles. We have a powerful, 700 feet deep well, and its clean water comes from our underground water basin, generously created by nature itself. Our breathtaking site inspires us to create a truly unique, highly innovative infrastructure and architectural design.

OUR IMMEDIATE TASK: Our immediate task is to find intelligent donors or investors who would be interested in participating in our outstanding project - building America's First Futuristic Model Town which is going to become the home of unique solutions to local and global economic, environmental, educational, healthcare and ethical problems.

WE CANNOT MAKE OUR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS ANY LONGER, AND OUR LAND IS GOING TO BE AUCTIONED BY OUR PRIVATE LENDER WITHIN A COUPLE OF MONTHS.)
